Service Description

Bring a sewing machine (or hand stitch the dress!) All materials & patterns are provided. There will be a choice of felts and fabrics for the clothes. Pattern by Posie Gets Cozy Posie's felt rabbit is a joy to stitch - the whole rabbit is hand sewn - you only need to bring a sewing machine to stitch the dress, but that can be done by hand too if you prefer. You'll learn some toy construction techniques I think you'll be surprised at your results! Posie's rabbit is a joy to make and the dress and little felt boots finish her off perfectly. Your copies of the patterns are yours to take home after the class and you can use them again and again. All our classes are small (upto 6 people) We have a lovely table & comfy chairs in our shop especially for classes (the shop isn't open to the public when we hold classes). We provide teas/coffees and simple homemade cake - if you have any food/drink requirements please let us know asap. We have plenty of free parking and a toilet. We have materials galore and all the basic tools you will need - if you have your own favourite tools please bring them with you (I am a bit picky about scissors, so I'd always take my own!) Sewing Machine: please note some classes require you to bring your own sewing machine...we don't currently have machines to loan out so only book if you can bring your machine. If your class is a 2 or 4 day class you are able to leave your machine in the classroom until the next class if you wish.
