International Shipping:
All international orders are sent tracked. Smaller orders are sent by Royal Mail and larger orders by courier.
Countries within the EU
All orders will be subject to import tax and VAT. I can't advise on how much it will be (sorry) because it is very very complicated and changes per country. The courier will advise you how much your taxes will be and once you have paid them they will deliver your parcel.
Orders under £135
If you would like to pre-pay your import takes please shop on our Etsy shop - if you don't see what you need in our Etsy shop just let us know and we can do a special listing on there for you. Etsy will handle all the VAT & Tax requirements for us both.
Orders of £135 value or more
All orders over £135 will have the sales taxes added at delivery.
Shipping rates depend on the size of your order: orders upto £99 ship for £12.00, orders £99 - £175 ship for £18 and orders over £175 ship for £25. We ship tracked, wither with Royal Mail or a courier. Please order as normal but be aware that you will be charged VAT/Tax by your countries governments.
If you refuse to pay the taxes the parcel does not get returned to sender, it gets destroyed!
America, Canada, New Zealand & Australia
orders upto £99 in value: shipping is £15.00
orders of £99 and beyond: shipping is £24.00
Rest of the World
orders upto £99 in value: shipping is £24.25
orders of £99 and beyond: shipping is £37.75
Packaging
All orders are packed with protective packaging and wrapped in brown paper bags which I hope makes receiving your goodies even more pleasurable. We have now fully swapped over to paper packaging - paper mailing bags, paper tape and paper wrappings. It can all be recycled - the brown paper makes great template paper :-)
International Duties
All international orders are subject to their own countries import rules. You may be charged VAT or Sales Tax, Import Duty and/or a handling fee by the shipper. You can look at your countries governments rules to find out more about this.
PLEASE NOTE: if you refuse to pay these charges then the shipper may decide to destroy the parcel instead of return it to sender, we will not be responsible for any import charges nor any destroyed parcels, import duty and fees are purely the responsibility of the purchaser
