Panel printed with bunting flags which spell out HAPPY BIRTHDAY with three scallop patterned flags (16 flags in total)
I used a plain fabric for the back - you need 60cm of fabric
I strung the bunting in one long length and I used 5m of bias binding (including enough to tie to the columns)
