A printed pattern from Funky Friends Factory
and a kit I've put together myself
 
You will receive a printed copy of the pattern 
and a kit with all the contents:
calico fabric
toadstool fabric (by Ruby Star Society) 
dense felt for hair, shoes, cheeks, collar and pockets 
bias binding (for the tied belt)
2x safety eyes (12mm)
ribbon for the shoe laces
 
You will also need stuffing
 
The pattern comes with full instructions, if you need extra help there are videos and more photos online, directions to find them are in the pattern :-)
